After reading that another Iranian jet has crashed - killing a number of innocent passengers and its crew - the first thing that comes to mind is engine failure. Yet sitting still for a moment I am able to return to the core of my belief where it says that 'things just don't happen.' Of course, it makes sense that the engine failed, but the questions should be: how did it fail; or, why did it have to fail; or, what caused it to fail?
