This is Landmark Legislation: McCollum for President?

Jerel Shaw @jerelshaw Of course there are many things going on in our turbulent world - so much to talk about and not enough time to cover everything - it seems.  I would however like to  take up some space to reiterate an unprecedented move by  US Congressperson Betty McCollum presenting legislation that would "tie the US military aid to Israel to its long-standing policy of imprisoning Palestinian children". Sounds like a small thing, you say?  Well, it's not.  It's refreshing and liberating even when the robotic Zionists Congress offers some sign that they can disagree with Israel, McCollum has been serving since 2001 as a Democrat from Minneapolis and has served on many important committees affecting women rights, the environmental protections, farmers and labor, yet her being a member of the powerful United States House Appropriations Committee hopefully will be the lasting legacy that she leaves as the bill challenges interest groups like the American Isr
